You can now update Representative details on a writ directly in WritFiling.

The update takes effect immediately, so you can make the change when you need to, without submitting a paper request or waiting for processing.

There is no fee to update Representative details online or on paper. For the fastest option, use WritFiling.

To get started: Sign in to WritFiling and select Writs > Maintain > Change representative, then follow the prompts.
