How do I create/top up/change the status of my deposit account?
Create your account
To create your deposit account:
- On the Dashboard, select My accounts.
The My accounts page displays.
- Select Create account.
The Create account page displays.
- Follow the prompts on-screen.
- Select Apply.
The account will display on the My accounts page.
Top up your account
To add funds to your Deposit account for use at the checkout:
- On the My accounts page, select the account link.
The View account page opens.
- Select Top-up Account.
The Top-up Account page displays.
- Enter the payment amount, and client reference if desired.
- Select Proceed to payment.
The Fee payment page displays.
- From the Payment method drop-down list, select Credit card.
Note: To use a stored card, next to the stored card displayed, select Pay with this card.
- To pay and store your credit card details, select Store credit card details, or to enter your details, select Continue to payment.
A confirmation message appears, advising you that you are entering the Moneris system for payment.
- Select OK.
Follow the payment prompts.
Change your account status
Note: Changing the status of your deposit account determines whether it will appear as a payment option.
To change the status of your deposit account:
- In the My accounts tab of the Dashboard, select the account link.
The View account page opens.
- Select Maintain account.
- From the Status drop-down options, select the desired status.
- Select Apply.
